The fastest way to reach us is email at hello@stonebridgevoyages.com. Our phone is +1 (312) 555-0147, answered between nine in the morning and six in the evening Central time, Monday through Friday. The office address is 412 N Wells St, Suite 3, Chicago, IL 60654; visits are by appointment, because two of the three advisors work partially remote.
What to include in a first email
A useful first message does not need to be long, but it does need five things, listed below in the order they are most often missing. The list takes a minute to fill in and saves us a full round of follow-up questions.
Destination or region you are considering, even if it is only a shortlist of two or three. Rough travel dates, or the school or work windows you have to work inside. The number of travelers and their approximate ages or mobility notes. A budget range per person, land cost only, so we can tell you immediately whether the trip you want fits. And anything that went wrong on a previous trip that you do not want repeated.
If you are writing on behalf of a group, add the group name, whether there is a signed contract with a supplier yet, and your current headcount. That single line of context saves a full email exchange later.
What happens after you write
We reply within two business days, and the reply is either a request for the two or three facts we still need or an invitation to a consultation call. We do not send price sheets before that call, because almost every quote we could send cold would be wrong in a way that matters: the right week, the wrong room category, the right hotel, the wrong airport.
Consultation calls run 30 to 45 minutes and are free. If we are not the right fit for the trip, we say so on the call and, when we can, point you toward a colleague. If we are the fit, a written proposal follows within 10 business days, with the planning fee stated on the first page and no obligation until you approve it.
Existing clients with an active trip should use the after-hours number printed on their travel documents before email; it reaches the on-call advisor directly. If your departure is inside 72 hours and something has changed, put URGENT and the departure date in the subject line, and we will pull the message ahead of the queue.
